Divi Theme Builder - Not Responsive

    Hello, I'm not sure what needs to be changed in Divi Builder. I'm creating a "Footer". To describe the issue, I have added a 3-row column and added "Call to action on each" of it. I have not made any changes on the Section or Row settings. Everything is in default.

    I assume that when viewing in different device tab and mobile it was supposed to be responsive and adjust the sizes accordingly to fit the Row/Call to action but as attached in the image it is not working.
    No matter what i add even a text module on the 3-Row it still does not work.

    The call to action is not being responsive. What needs to be done here, any help is much appreciated.
