So, the links on my footer changed to the default blue color out of now where. All the other links on my site are fine. How do I change the link color back to the color it is supposed to be?

Try to clear Static CSS File Cache & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Clear

If still not working, kindly share your URL.

So, I cleared the Static CSS file. What is happening is when I go into the background to edit the footer, the hyperlink color is the color it should be, but as the footer loads, the color changes to the default blue. I didn't do anything to make this happen. So, I haven't made any of the changes that I want because I don't want to save it with the wrong link color.

So you tried to clear the Divi static CSS file cache, but it’s still not working?

What if you disable the Divi static CSS file cache & see if it works.
