Solved Divi Ultimate Header Issues

    Divi Powerful Child Theme Divi Ultimate Archive Plugin Divi Ultimate Blog Plugin Divi Ultimate Header Plugin Divi Ultimate Footer Plugin

    Installed version 3.0 after removing 2.0. The menu dropdowns now strobe and can't be selected.

    I removed 2.0, installed 3.0, and uploaded the json library (but did not remove the old json library)

    Try to go to WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Fixed Navigation Bar > Disabled & see if it works.
