Solved Divi Ultimate Header not working in mobile

    The hamburger menu on mobile sometimes shows up and sometimes it doesn't show. When the hamburger menu does show, it isn't clickable.

    Seems to work on first load, but not on subsequent loads. Perhaps it's due to older version of our header plugin.

    Try to install header plugin v3.1.0 & see if it works: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-header-plugin-v3-1-0.8645/#post-27345

    Once you installed that version, for future updates, you get to update it through your Wordpress admin dashboard.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Just noticed that you're using custom CSS to force showing the sticky menu section.

    Based on our sticky documentation: https://divi.help/threads/sticky-feature-documentation.2294/
    **You just have to add free-sticky-mobile-show CSS Class for the menu section, for it to show up on mobile.

    I tried to add that CSS Class for your menu section & remove the custom CSS that force showing the sticky section & your site seems to work fine now.

    After further testing, it seems like this plugin is the culprit for your issue: Async JavaScript

    I disabled it & clear your siteground plugin cache & it seems to work fine now.

    I want to delete some items from the footer, I'm using footer version 16. When I go into the backend after the loading process all the link colors change from the magenta color I want them to be, to the default WordPress blue color. I installed the latest version of the plugin, but the same thing happens.

    Cool, another thing I should mention is that if I save the changes I make to the footer, in addition to the link color changing, some of the buttons changed format. Also, the 2021 Evolve Salon and Spa All Rights Reserved goes away as well.

    Probably just a cache issue. After changing it, try to clear all your cache plugin.

    Kindly try it & see how it goes. I would need to see the issue to advice further.

    I'm going to back the site up now, so that way I can restore it with the changes you helped me fix should clearing the cache not work. If I have any issues, I will reach out with another post. Thanks again for all the help my friend.
