Divi Ultimate Header Style #11 - parent items to link to their page

I have some parent items in the menu that has dropdowns.

For example, "Part A: All children and young people" is a parent page in the menu with dropdowns. When they click the words "Part A: All children and young people", I want it to link to that actual page: https://cdcwbrc.ewsdevelopment.com.au/part-a-all-children-and-young-people/

However, when you click it, it only expands the dropdown.

I want it so when you click the arrow, it expands the dropdown, but when you click the menu text, it links to the page.
