divi + Woocommerce - how can i display no products when subcategories exist

    So i have subcategories showing up within my categories on a product category archive template but i cant seem to get rid of the products displaying underneath the subcategories whenever one exists. I have managed this before with a few lines of code in my theme template but this time none of the solutions seem to work.

    Anyone out there had any luck?

    Hi,
    thanks for the suggestion.
    I was hoping to avoid a css solution as the products are still on the page, just not visible.
    I'll use this for now but i would be more at ease with a proper solution if anyone has any ideas?
    The previous solutions that are non-divi-index-pages don't work for new divi templates.
