DU Header pulldown on pages doesn't show headers in library

I'm using the DU Header plugin and the pulldown to select a custom header on pages doesn't show the headers in my library when I use the Divi Editor on the content area of the page.

Works just fine when using the regular content field. But the headers in my library no longer show up once I edit the content area with the Divi builder.

I really need to use a custom header on my home page that's been laid out with the Divi builder. But I don't want to use a blank template. Is this possible?
