    is it possible in to duplicate one Header in the Library? I want to have an slightly modified different Header on the Startpage...

    After exporting, did you rename your Divi Library custom header to something else before importing?

    Alternatively, you could just go to Divi > Divi Library > Add New & select the below options:

    Then load your custom header layout from library & save it & done (see screenshot below)
