Solved Duplicated menu on mobile and content differs

    On the hamburger menu the items are duplicated. Also I have made changes to 'blurb" items which are not reflected on the mobile version using Divi Ultimate 8.1.3.

    When you're editing the custom header, scroll down & you will see that there's another section for the mobile blurb. You will need to change the blurb text in the mobile section as well.
    Try to go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus & make sure that there's no Secondary Menu set:
