Dynamic Content in a Module

I am looking to create a module template with custom fields that when called will pull data from a record on the db. I want to be able to style the field names and the displayed dynamic content. After a bulk csv file upload to to a new table on the db, I will also need to create a record upload form and maybe an editing feature from within the module that maps the change to the record. Any guidance to a tutorial or developer for consult would be appreciated. I need to display hundreds of musical instruments. Here is a url to the sample layout in divi.
