E-optin is not seen when I publish

    Hello. I have another problem with divi. When I insert the E-optin form and configure it, everything is fine. I publish it but it doesn't appear on the page. Why? How can I solve it? In my published site you see the title, the subtitle of E-optin but you don't see the squares of "name" "email" "register". Why? Thanks

    In the module settings, you need to set up account for the email opt-in service provider.
