Email Opt-in Double Opt-In Issue

Hey Support Team,

I've come across a weird issue with opt-ins. We use Divi and have integrated many of our contact forms with Mailchimp. However, we have one integration that we use through the Divi Email Opt In module. When that gets filled out, the user gets the double opt-in confirmation email.



However, none of our Mailchimp lists are set to be double opt-in.



So my question is - Does Divi REQUIRE these subscribers to double opt-in? If so, can I manually override that? If not, where is the setting that I'm overlooking in Divi?
