Email Opt-in Module (fields incorrect when using ConvertKit)

    Hi! I'm using the Email Opt-in Module. When I select the "Show First Name" field, the field text says "First Name" (in the form) as it should. [see attached image]

    But when I choose ConvertKit as my provider, the text in the field shifts from "First Name" to "Name".

    Please help...how do I change it so the field text remains "First Name"?

    Not sure about that, but I would suspect the settings might come from the ConvertKit site dashboard.
