    hello,
what's the most easy way to export a site section including custom css to a new site on another domain?

    thanks,
    Sander

    The easiest way would be:
    1. Save the section as Divi Library Item.
    2. Export it & import at another domain.
    3. Install Divi Ultimate Plugin in the new domain.
    4. Then use the section in the new domain.

But do note that: By using this way, all the custom CSS for Divi Ultimate will be loaded.

If you just want to export related CSS, then you might need to manually extract it from our custom CSS, by searching for the related CSS class.

If you manually extract the css, then you don’t need to install Divi Ultimate plugin.

thanks for the help. Sorry, one last question: when I copy the section and paste it on a page in another domain it looks fine except for the missing custom css. What's the advantage of doing it via the library when you can also copy and paste?

What do you mean by copy and paste?

I mean copy a section in the backend and then paste it on a page in a new domain. What's the advantage of doing it via the library when you can also do it this way.

Never tried that before. If that’s the case, copy paste would be the best way.
