Hi I'm working on https://starmi.com/ and I'm having terrible loading issues.

Earlier I was having image breaking issues that looked like this, but deactivated DiviTorque as I thought this was my issue because in the debugging process. This was the plug-in that when deactivated, always made the pictures come back.

However, now I'm having ridiculously slow loading times.

I have one very large image on my main page that seems to be loading the slowest, but if I crop the photo or optimize it I have sizing issues on ultrawide screen monitors (21:9) and since that picture is a staple, I don't want to undercut the quality. But the other pages (ex: vision, team, careers) are also having intense loading issues also, and the pictures on those pages aren't even as graphically intense.

Here is a list of current plug-ins we have that might be having issues:
    Divi Toolbox
Supreme Modules Lite - Divi Theme, Extra Theme, and Divi Builder
    Webcraftic Clearfy - Wordpress optimization
    Wordfence Security
    WPS Hide Login
    Yoast SEO

Can anyone recommend something that might help optimize the website and picture loading times? Especially in regard to a picture that needs to be high-quality, but work on browser sizes from small aspect ratios to sizes like 21:9?

I see that your image file is 17MB, which is very big in size. Since your image height shown on screen is 850px, why not reduce the image height from 2512px to 850px. That should save tons of size of your background image.

Another thing I notice is that you're not using any cache plugin. You may consider to install one to see if it makes any differences.
