Solved Fixed background image?

    I have a client who wants a site design similar to this:

    He wants all of the modules to scroll over a fixed background image. I thought it would be easy, but now I've having trouble figuring out how to do it. Any advice?

    Sorry, I figured it out. I'm still working on the details, but it's okay. I actually cheated and used premade sections with a parallax background (CSS).
