    Hey there, hope all is well

    I was told by a friend that the top forms (buttons in red) aren't displaying for him on the following page, mobile view: https://5ampublishing.com/subscriber-gift/

    I can't seem to reproduce the issue. all seems fine on my end. Are you able to reproduce the issue and suggest any fixes?
