Solved Fullwidth option missing when adding a new post

I created a site before the Divi 4.0 update and I'm not sure if thats the issue or not.

Here is my issue I need help with:
When I Add New Post on the right column, under Divi Page Settings->Page Layout I no longer have the fullwidth option as seen below. How do I get this back or enabled?

It would let me activate Divi Builder as it says the Divi Theme is installed and therefore cannot install Divi Builder

 

I need the option BEFORE I hit that button. Once I hit that button, I choose a premed layout or I clone an existing page. Those pages are fullwidth, but it forces my content into a column a reconfigure my whole page to no longer be fullwidth.

The fullwidth option needs to be available on the initial add a new post, or it will not work.

I am uploading screens of where it should appear, then what my original page I am cloning looks like and then what I get after I clone it.

There has got to be some sort of CSS code I can put in to make fullwidth an option when I add a new post... It was working when I built it, before Divi 4.0.

I realized the cloned cloned screen image I'm providing has a header and sidebar and I know where to turn them off, its the missing fullwidth option that I need a solution for.

 

Thank you, that is not the solution I was looking for. However, It appears Divi has fixed the issue in the latest release (4.0.9). Fullwidth in now showing at the beginning as it was before, thank you.
