Solved Fullwidth Portfolio grid thumbnail link not working after 4.0 update

    After I updated the website to 4.0 (4.0.03 now) the thumbnails link on a Fullwidth Portfolio grid are not working.

    BEFORE THE UPDATE: The link was live on:
    - the “+” sign
    - the whole thumbnail area
    - on the title

    AFTER THE UPDATE: The link does not work on:
    - the “+” sign
    - in any part of the thumbnail area.
    It only works on the title.

    HOW YOU CAN SEE the before and after update.
    I have 2 identical websites (slightly different content, but the exact same module).

    A) Updated to 4.0 and links don’t work properly.

    Note: the Fullwidth Portfolio grid is just above the footer.

    Yes, I posted the question there yesterday and have received no answer yet.

    I will be glad to share the solution here (when I find it) as now these answers are not made public anymore.

    Divi support has not been able to find a solution.
    I am glad I posted here.

    I was finally able to update all other sites that had a FullWidth Portfolio Grid.
