Fullwidth Slider Module Settings problem

    Can someone help me ? When i go into edit my fullwidth slider titles the whole area is blank and has a black or white blank screen with a cursor. then when i scroll down it kicks in where it shows the image of the background to the slider.....its the same on every full width slider , i can't edit the title or change the image.....

    Try to update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache. Most likely a Divi bug from previous version.

    I have updated the wordpress site , how do i update divi, it does not appear as a plugin .

    You should be able to see it in WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates under Themes.
    **Before you update, make sure that you already input the API key in Divi > Theme Options > Updates

    I have updated wordpress, themes and plugins and cleared cache but it is still the same. Other symptoms are when i go to edit page, the divi builder modules don't load i have to refresh the page to get them. Also when i want to make a URL link in the text that doesnt work either.

    If that’s the case, it’s best for you to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

    Another thing you could try is to enable Safe Mode in Divi > Support Center & see if it works. If it works, meaning some other plugins is causing the issue & you will need to enable / disable plugins one by one to find the culprit.
