Global Header and Footer issues in Theme Builder

    We currently have the global header and footer deactivated on mobile and tablet because it looks messed up on both. The global header and footer look good (for all 3 options: desktop, mobile, and tablet) when in theme builder. But when I published those changes, it didn't translate on mobile and tablet.
    Is there any way to view it in theme builder that actually shows what it will look like on devices?

    You can set to change it to the size of your desired phone model by clicking the below option:
