Solved Global row settings won't stick on one page

I have a row with 3 blurb modules and a contact module, and it displays properly on every page except this one:

The bottom row with the 4 boxes. If you look on my homepage and on my Biography page, they're displayed properly.

I can't figure out why the design is changing on the paintings page. I've tried deleting and adding it again, to no avail.

When I look at the page in the Visual Builder, it appears as though the boxes and the drop shadow are there. But they're not when it's published.

 

Thank you. I disabled static css file generation, and the row is still not displaying properly.

 

Done.
Still no change on bottom row. But now it’s a lovely orange when you click the portfolio.

 

I didn’t use any custom css in the portfolio module, though, but I did suspect that the portfolio module might be the problem.
