Solved Having a problem with my site, when the Divi Ultimate Plugin is activated (vs not activated).

    Having a problem with my site, when the Divi Ultimate Plugin is activated (vs not activated).

    I've provided a couple of screenshots.

    Also, when I have the Divi Ultimate Plugin activated, but if I set the Header & Navigation Styling in the Divi Customizer to "None" the red header shows (as above) but the row below, with the computer monitor and text on the left, again ... centers on the page as opposed to going full width.

    I'm not sure what is happening. Even if I disable the footer (as well as the header), this one row keeps centering and not going full width. It's just so odd, because if I disable the Divi Ultimate Plugin, the row goes back to full width, which is what I want.

    Do you have any idea what could be happening? Can you help?

    Thanks. Will try this. Can you tell me how I should upgrade the Child Theme from the previous version (5) to the new version (8)? Is there a recommended process?

    Just straight jump to install Divi Ultimate Plugin v8.0: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-v8-0-0.2319/#post-7254

    1. Download Divi-Ultimate-Plugin.zip v8.0
    2. Go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> Deactivate & Delete Divi Ultimate Plugin
    3. Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin -> Upload the Divi-Ultimate-Plugin.zip v8.0
    4. Activate the plugin & you're done.

    Optional: If you need the new design from the .json file, then you will need to go to version 6 - 8 to download the .json file in the second post & import it in your Divi Library.
