Solved Having issues Transferring Site

I built a site using Divi Ultimate... on one server... with a different URL (It was a live site on a live server just with a different URL when I was developing it)... I transferred the site to a new live server... at the main domain... which I have literally done 100+ times over the years with various sites... and the site is up... and wordpress is working but the frontend of the site is all messed up - like the CSS was broken or something. I have never seen this occur with a site before, DIVI or otherwise. I think it has to do with the child theme... Ultimate. When I looked at the error log, I see the following:

] PHP Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'divi_ultimate_enqueue_assets' not found or invalid function name in /home/XXXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286

This wasn't an issue prior to me moving the site. I moved all of the files and did the database right as I do this all of the time (transfer sites from my development server (which is online) to the final destination.

I can PM you the site URL, I would rather not post the URL... but I would imagine this issue has occurred before and hopefully you can just give me the fix. Thanks.

    Update:
I went into the Dashboard... and the themes section and it said:

    Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete.

    Name Description
Divi-Ultimate Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

Even though the files and folder was the same thing on both wordpress installs... somehow it broke... I'm guessing perhaps a wordpress reference got jacked up. I was able to fix the issue by deleting the Child Theme of Divi Ultimate... and simply installing/uploading just the the Divi Ultimate Child Theme Zip file... and activating it... I guess it got the references of the Divi Theme - Divi Ultimate fixed.

yeah, I sorted it out... but not sure if it's a one time thing or a glitch with DIVI or a glitch with the child theme.

Never heard anyone reported such issue before. Feel free to post a new thread if you face any other issues. I'll mark this thread as solved.
