Solved Header #1 is transparent when scrolling

    I was the header to stick where it is. As it is now the logo shifts to the left and is transparent even though I put a background in the element.

    Try to go to your affected Row Settings > Advanced > CSS Class & remove free-sticky

    And go to your affected Section Settings > Advanced > CSS Class & add free-sticky
