    Header #6 has a Oops, I'm broken message and that portion can't be altered, i try to click the report issue... which i believe will send it to Elegant Themes? but THAT TOO, says an error has occurred.

    I was able to ROLLBACK and then ROLL FORWARD again and the problem is gone. So rollback to the old and then ROLL forward to the new DIVI again and you should be fine.
