Solved Header Border Bottom

    I was able to change the color of the header border bottom under Divi Ultimate --> Global Styling, however it remained yellow/didn't change in tablet and mobile. How can I change the header border/navigation tab in tablet/mobile as well?

    Try to go to Theme Customizer -> General Settings -> Layout Settings -> Theme Accent Color

    And change to your desired color. This is the default Divi feature.

    Do you have any cache plugin installed? Try to clear all the cache and see.

    Found your issue. Go to Theme Customizer -> Color Schemes -> Change to 'Default'
