Solved Header does not appear when Visual Builder selected Version: 3.19.14

Unfortunately, Divi doesn't support injected elements in Visual Builder. It's the same for other injector plugins as well. That's why we purposely disable it on Visual Builder.

In short, you get to edit the custom header right in the Visual Builder. It's just that you won't get to see it when editing pages / posts in Visual Builder.
