Header gets dissappear when is use free-sticky in layout

I am using free-sticky class to make it sticky. In tablet mode (9-12 inches) (768 x 1024) the header gets disappeared. Can you tell me the reason As I have only disabled the layout from the mobile screens?

Same situations on my other websites as well.

Please any solution? Its urgent.
