Solved Header jumping on page load/refresh.

    I think others may have had a similar issue which was resolved by setting padding on the page container, though I am not sure how or where to get the value that needs to be set. Thanks in advance.

    I disabled Siteground Optimizer's minify JS option which seemed to solve the issue.
