Header Menu missing from subpages.

    Hi,

    I just purchased and installed Divi Ultimate Header plugin. I have noticed the menu is absent on three of my pages and was wondering how I can add it? I have tried to do so in Builder but it does not give me an option. Please help!

    Both pages do have menu on the top. Kindly re-check.
