Header not showing on mobile + Header desktop not showing correctly

    Dear support,

    My header is not showing on mobile. At first the original divi header was showing, I followed the comments in another thread, but now there's no header showing at all. I'm using style 10 and I edited the visibility status of each section to show on every device, but no luck.

    The other issue is the way the header is showing on desktop, all menu items are below each other instead of next to each other, creating a really long header.

    Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

    Are you looking to hide the default Divi menu & use the Divi Builder menu? If that's the case, you did it right for the first step to hide the default Divi mobile menu. Now, sticky section are set to be hidden by default in mobile. That's why the custom header logo & menu section is hidden in mobile. What you need to do is create a new regular section to add your logo image module & another fullwidth section to add fullwidth menu module. Then set those section to be hidden in desktop, using the visibility option.
    Seems like your site is loading bootstrap CSS, which is conflicting with Divi menu.

    To fix it, add the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Just a recommendation, since your logo is square & big, it's best for you to use header styles 3 or 9 for example.

    Thanks for your quick reply and help! The desktop header is working now :). The mobile header is visible but I'm not sure how to get the logo next to the menu (see screenshot of your demo site) rather than above (see screenshot of my site). Do you know how I can fix this?

    If that's the case, you can just use back the default Divi mobile menu.

    Below are the steps:
    1. Remove the newly added section for mobile.
    2. Go to Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove the below CSS that you added previously:

    3. Go to Divi > Theme Options > Logo to upload your logo.

    You also get to set which mobile menu format that you want: Default menu / Slide in menu / Fullscreen menu.

    Just set it in Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Header Format > Header Style

    You will need to install WooCommerce in order for the cart icon to appear.

    Yes, I understand, I have a different website that has Woocommerce installed, I was just wondering if I install this header plugin if it would work, since I don't see the option for the default divi mobile plugin (on the site that I do have woocommerce installed on).

    Basically, if you chose Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Header Format > Header Style > Default, then the cart icon should appear in the mobile header just fine.
