For the hover style, you can set it in Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate Header Plugin > Choose your custom menu hover style and Menu Hover Main Color / Text Color

As for the active link color, if you only want to set it for the submenu, then try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
**Change the color code to fir your need.

Otherwise, you may just set it in the Menu module settings > Design tab > Links > Active Link Color

Let me know if I answered your questions correctly.

Ok i solved with your code, I have just 2 problem still:

    1. Attached 1.jpg
    Menu regular is ok

    2. Attached 2.jpg PROBLEM
When I test the responsive, the menu looks in bad way (it starts at 1103x498)

    3. Attached 3.jpg
    Menu responsive is ok

    4. Attached 4.jpg PROBLEM
When i go back to the Menu regular position, the menu looks with different position (see the yellow arrow in the attached image).
In this way if I scroll down and up again, it return in a good position

    How to solve it?
    Thanks

Tried to resize on desktop browser & it looks fine.

Tried to view on iPad mini (landscape & portrait view) & it looks fine as well.

the resizing it's ok, the problem is when you coming back to the point 1. the nav bar orange looks like on the attached Screenshot 2020-02-28 at 3.40.28 PM.jpg while it should be Screenshot 2020-02-28 at 3.40.16 PM.jpg, did you see the difference?

You mentioned that: the problem is when you coming back to the point 1
Are you saying that: after you scroll down & scroll back up?

I recorded a video to show it in action: https://recordit.co/Hcp8N6dM9q
    **It seems to work fine.
**I removed your logo & content in the video.
