    I added some z-index & overflow CSS to it. Hope it works well for your case:

    Try to remove all the previous CSS & just use the below in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Just the last curiosity:
    - Hide Header & Footer on Visual Builder
    - Custom Mobile Menu

    what is the purpose of this to sections in Library?
    is it possible to delete without compromise the layout of the header?

    You can delete both from your Divi Library. It won't affect anything.

    - Hide Header & Footer on Visual Builder
    You probably won't be using this. This is a code module to hide the default header & footer in Visual Builder.

    - Custom Mobile Menu
    By default in mobile, it will revert back to use the default Divi header, so that you can have slide in / fullscreen menu in mobile. But for some cases where you need to use Divi Builder menu for mobile, then you can just add the premade section Custom Mobile Menu & it will automatically hide the default one & replaced it with the Divi Builder menu.

    Hi, I have another bug/problem with this Header, I would like to add a radius border to the row-menu (attachment) but if I do the sub-menu doesn't work anymore? How to do it?

    The last one problem is when I reload the page for one/two second the header appear as in the screenshot attached
