Solved [Help] Cannot Change Font Colour for Mobile Version Sticky Menu

I'm having issue whenever I want to change the font colour for Mobile Version Menu. It seems the option to change the Sticky Menu colour is just for Desktop version because when I click the sticky option, I cannot click mobile option and when I click mobile option, I cannot click sticky option. See the video (a). So, the result is the font is invisible when the sticky menu is active because the colour is similar to background colour, moreover my font colour for sticky menu cannot be changed. It font is still visible when the sticky menu is not active. See screenshot (b)
