Help cannot post any new articles since new wordpress upgrade!

my website is at www.bikerlawblog.com i have not posted any new articles since the new wordpress upgrade with the block thing. Now on the back end if I try to use Divi to edit a post it will not load, if I use the default editor it will not save the draft or publish an article. I have upgraded everything to the latest I am dead in the water help. I spent much time customizing this site!

 

I am trying to restore from a backup, does anyone else have this problem with the new version of wordpress, not being able to save drafts or publish posts?

 

After a nigihtmare evening, i managed to restore from a backup that has me at wordpress 4.9 at bikerlawblog.com and only two articles were missing. my ssl plugin i had to enable a redirect to get it working again for https. Now I am able to publish articles again but when I do a video article it does not publish correctly, the video does not display on the individual post page if i put a featured image in it shows the featured image in but will not start the video. this is with a youtube video with url. my other videos on the site are working. if i change it to a standard post it works but the featured image is on top then the video is below. i have disabled by cache plugin.

 

What happens when you make it video type post is it shows the featured image, but you cannot click the published featured image to play the video and there was no video on the published page. and there are no video controls on the image. If you take the featured image away. When you are drafting the post you can see the video and play the video on the draft page but when you publish the video the video is not there on the individual post page. When I make it a standard post it shows the featured image on top and the video on the bottom like you see now that's the only way to get the video to display on the page. I inserted the video by URL and it is a YouTube video.

 

If you ever solutely need to I can change it to video type post if you want let me know but the description above explains what happens. I did not have this problem when I first installed this plug-in when WordPress was an earlier version. All my plugins are up-to-date and I disabled the cache plugin.

 

Just switched it to a video post, on the back end everything looks normal.

 

As you can see the featured image sits on top, no video controls, no video. Something has happened because this worked before.

 

I deactivated Wp fastest Cache last night, I just deleted it. I just verified it on the back end. It clearly shows as a video post, and on the home page and individual post page it is displaying screwed up as I described. Is there another place where I can clear cache?
