Hidden Old Code overriding new CSS formula (!important)

First things first - I am not overly tech savvy in terms of html code and CSS, but I get by.

I am having trouble finding this underlying code that is overriding the new .css I just added.

If you look at the attached photo, the "color: #000000 !important;" in the yellow highlighted area is overriding my "color: #62f700 !important; in the light blue highlighted area.

When I toy around in the "inspect" mode and remove !important from the old code - I get the desired results.

I just have no clue where to search within Divi or Wordpress to remove the !important off the old code.

My new header was built in the Theme Builder. I'm assuming that some old header or menu is buried somewhere, but still alive.

Ughh!! Any help would be awesome!

    Thank you!!
