Solved Hover effect on CTA only seen in editor

    Newbie problem but google has no love for me...

    The link on each CTA works in published page.

    The column bg image is seen in published page.

    The CTA content is set to show a gradient background and text when moused over. When open in the editor this works as intended. In published page the interactivity does not fire on mouseover.

    The content is present in an et_pb_promo_description element on published page.

    I feel like this is an obvious newbie gotcha but so far I am stumped. Any advice?

    I wanted to add- the only non-Divi plugin installed is Wordfence Security and I have checked the console and no errors are being logged.

    Also - when I did a Ctrl refresh for just a blink I saw the gradient background and text of the CTA and then just the background of the cell again.

    For your CTA module settings, I believe you set the Filter settings opacity to be 0. You will need to set the hover effect of the opacity to be 1.

    And lastly, you should disable the hover effect of the Background settings for your CTA module.
