How can I create 2 top bars on both the left and the right

    Hi, How can I create the top bar like this ?. I mean I created custom links top bar menus (top right bar and top left bar) and I set it all on the top bar but it's not showing like this. Thanks.

    That's the:
    1. Secondary menu.
    2. Contact info set in Theme Customizer.

    But I think by default, the secondary menu is on the right & the contact info is on the left.
