How To Achieve This Nice Double Parallax Efffect

    Hi everyone, 1st of all, thanks for accepting me into the community.

    I have a project and a deadline to create a page for a client. He wants an exact look and feel of this page but I will add other elements to make it different-

    Yes, actually the curve at the top and bottom. Do you have any idea how to do that, am guessing CSS?

    Based on their site, they're using background image for curve.

    Basically, just add a new section > add background image to section > add a new row > make the row fullwidth> insert your title > add the curve white background image to it > add margin bottom to the row.
