How to add menu item to Superfly Menu

A friend of ours set up a website for us using a plug-in called Superfly Menu. Now all I want to do is add a menu item. I am logged in, changing the menu items, adding a custom link. I click "publish", wait for it to load and make the changes, refresh the page - and all the changes are undone. Help!

Not sure how Superfly menu works. You should refer to the plugin developer instead.
