How to change menu Design? Also footer copyright direction?!

    Hi. I got a question about Menu and Footer. See image:

    So question about Menu, I need it to make as it shows in screenshot, logo at right and large, after logo to make a line under the menu links and at active link to make a Dot icon under the text as it shows.
    Regarding footer, I need to make a copyright at center and to make heigh like this.
