How to create call out boxes (using CSS)

    Hi, I'm wanting to create call out boxes using CSS that looks like the example below, for my blog posts.

    Wondering, which would be the best way to add this CSS, for faster loading speed (optimization)? I know there are different kinds of CSS, such as inline etc.

    Also, if you can help me with the CSS for this, can you also tell me the CSS to change the font size in the call-out box for mobile devices (I would like it to be smaller on mobiles).

    You can just use Divi Builder to add it. You can style it anyway you want it.

    But if your post is built with Gutenberg editor, then you can use the Divi Layout block. See screenshot below:
