How to Fix An Extremely Slow/Unresponsive Divi Theme

I'm have serious issues with out of memory messages and CPU spikes on my shared hosting servers (I use Midphase).

I will open a page to make edits to it, Divi spends 30-40 seconds trying to open the backend, then returns a "Manage Your Plugins" message or asks me to reload the page builder (which has absolutely no effect.

Midphase clears caches and suggests that I figure out the processes causing the issue but I have been unsuccessful figuring that out.

Divi support suggested that I disable all plug-ins and add them back one-by-one until the problem surfaces. I have tried that to no avail.

I am not using anything esoteric or unsupported by my version of Wordpress (6.1.1). I am running the latest version of Divi and I have updated all of my plug-ins to their latest versions. Does anyone see a plug-in I am using that I should be wary of or that has a direct conflict with Divi?

I'm to the point of kicking Divi to the curb. However, I don't see an easy way to switch out of it without having to basically rebuild entire sites. Anyone have suggestions on how best to do that? Or, do you have any ideas on how Divi can be fixed to work?
