How to make row and centered text absolute position on all devices?

    First row with text "Furniture sales". I need this image be stable width and height on all device (offcourse responsively) with text on center. I'm using "em" but text is floating on different devices (tablets, phones, etc.). I have used "vh" but this is not perfect too. How to make it the same on all devices. Which is the best way? Thanks

    You should try vw for the font size.
