    Your sticky header looks fine to me. Or perhaps I'm misunderstood what you said. Kindly elaborate more on your issue.

    I need the top part of the header to be sticky, the on scroll navigation I also want sticky.

    I see. This is much more tricky as it involves the overlap menu row in different section.

    First, try to go to the top Section Settings > Advanced > CSS Class & add free-sticky

    And lastly, add the CSS below in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
