How to redirect Nav Bar page to another page

Hello there,

I'm not totally sure how to explain my issue, but I'll do my best.

My home page / primary nav bar menu items are About, Contact, This Month's Habit, and Past Months. So for the item This Month's Habit, I don't want that to be it's own page. When someone clicks on it, I want it to redirect to the page I made for January 2020. Or in Feb, I'll switch it to redirect to February 2020.

How do I do that?
