Hyper Link in new Tab

    I am using Divi for the California Writers Club website, and I am trying to get a hyper link to open in a new tab. Internal links should open in the same window (this works fine) but external links do not. I have followed the advice on standard google searches, but I still can't get the link to open in a new tab.

    Third Saturday - California Writers Club, Sacramento Branch
    You will see that the Elizabeth Kracht link opens in the same tab.
    Can someone please outline the exact steps I need to make this work?

    Try to go to the text module settings & change the content into Text view & look for:
    Code:
    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    And replace with:
    Code:
    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
