I need to know on which page my contact for got submitted

    Hi,

    I have a real estate web page.

    My problem is it has the same contact form for every estates, so if a potential customer inquires about the property, I don't know which one interest him/her.

    Is there an option in the Divi contact form which let me know, on which page the contact form got submitted?

    In each contact form module, you can add a new Radio button field (with unique value) & set it to be hidden using Conditional Logic. By sending out the contact form, it will have the radio button value to indicate which form it's coming form.
