Solved I'm I'm getting a message that I can't access my website

I'm getting the following message when I try to access my website:
Sorry, I need a wp-config-sample.php file to work from. Please re-upload this file to your WordPress installation.

But since I can't access the website to login I don't see how I can fix it. Help please!!

I contacted GoDaddy where our site is hosted and they were able to fix the problem! Thank you GoDaddy!
